How we work

Victoria Gray is a qualified solicitor and, where applicable, is regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) in relation to certain “reserved legal activities.” However, Gray Legal focuses exclusively on delivering high-quality legal support in the form of “non-reserved activities,” which do not fall within the scope of SRA regulation.

Reserved legal activities are defined by law and include services such as conducting litigation, exercising rights of audience in court, and certain aspects of conveyancing, probate, and administering oaths. These services are not part of Gray Legal’s offering.

While our work is not regulated by the SRA, it is carried out to the same high professional standard - guided by the principles of integrity, independence, and client care that underpin regulated legal practice. Clients benefit from experienced, commercially focused legal support, delivered with the rigour and ethical standards expected of a solicitor.
